653 | Breath | Paolo Rufilli, Italy

Breath
It is in that remote breath,
inside the heart,
that everyone recognizes
his destiny.
The most forbidden dream:
the idea
of an infinite,
even ordinary
left by fate
at the body of love.
Surrendered, imprisoned,
to keep intact
its flavor,
subtracted from the void,
held between the thighs,
for a long time, in vain,
like water
that drips anyway
from the hand.
