   Ion Deaconesco invited again fourty exellent poets from Belgium, China, Estonia, Iran, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Greece, Korea, Macedonia, Mexico, Montenegro, Kosovo, Moldavia, Panama, Peru, Romania, Spain, Lituania, Turkey and made the Fourth International Poetry Festival Mihai Eminescu again one of the world’s best international poetry festivals of Europe.

    Poetry by several of these poets, recomended by Germain Droogenbroodt, vice president of the festival, has already been published as Poem of the Week and can be found on this website: Laura Garavaglia (Italy), Saeid Hooshangi (Iran), Eduardo Langagne (Mexico), Raquel Lanseros (Spain),William Wolak (USA).

   Poetry by two other impressive poets, the Italian poet Dante Maffia, nominated for the Nobel Prize, and Arturo Corcuera (Peru) whose works have been published by leading publishers are planned to be published as well by POINT Editions in nine languages as Poems of the Week.
